    charming location
    cozy suite
    rooftop terrace
    communication issue

The location made it super easy for me and my family to explore the charming town, just a short walk from the main plaza. The rooftop terrace was perfect for evening relaxation, and our Junior Suite was so cozy and perfectly suited for larger families like ours.

My wife says that communication about charges could improve.

    fine courtyard

Couple looking for a relaxing getaway

The breakfast was served in this gorgeous courtyard! The fresh juices and the best coffee really kicked off our mornings right. And we had a chance to explore the beautiful local crafts displayed around the hotel, it added so much character to our stay.

It wasn't exactly bargain basement prices, but considering the experience, I found it acceptable.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and in-room breakfast. The staff even helped me with sim cards during my first stay. I highly recommend enjoying breakfast in the lovely courtyard! I'll be back for more city trips.

    octopus millefeuille
    charming rooms
    spacious bathroom
    billing confusion
    unresponsive front desk

The octopus millefeuille at Luna Rooftop Tapas Bar was a game-changer! Dining al fresco with that ambiance is pure magic. The charm of the hotel shone brightly through the gorgeous rooms and the spacious bathrooms with excellent water pressure. Definitely a highlight of our stay.

Despite the hotel’s beauty, an appalling mix-up with the bills left us in a pickle. The front desk charged my dad’s credit card after I prepaid the bill. They wouldn't refund it, leaving us puzzled. Just a bummer to have tarnished the otherwise lovely experience.

    spacious room
    comfortable bed
    rooftop terrace
    inadequate lighting
    noisy environment

The King Suite was spacious and comfortable, which was nice. But, the bathroom could use better lighting. The room faced a wall in the courtyard, making it a bit dark. Also, some small details like the closet being too tiny for hangers were a letdown. A/C wasn't the best, which was annoying, especially in warmer weather. So yeah, comfy enough, but had its quirks.

A Memorable Family Stay with Exceptional Staff!

Our family had a fantastic stay! The staff went above and beyond, especially the waiter Abraham, who shared great insights about local culture during breakfast. The bed was incredibly soft, setting the tone for restful nights. Be sure to explore the garden for a peaceful escape.

    garden patio
    stunning room decor
    check-in delay

My recent stay was quite cozy. I loved the garden patio for breakfast and the stunning room decor, though the initial check-in delay was a bit frustrating. I'd definitely come back!
